A brief description of the project

Realization one of the training spaces in the Air Force Military Academy in Deblin. This is another project for the Polish defense forces in which we participated. 

The Academy in Deblin trains professional soldiers, candidates for professional soldiers for the military forces and aircraft personnel for civilian services.

It is one of the best-known military academies in our country. 

Objective

Create a training area for strength training of academy students.

The final result

A free-weight training zone was prepared on almost 150m2. In appearance and arrangement it looks like triathlon club gym. 

On one of the walls, exercisers were given 4 bench press stations. The stands and the bench are two independent elements, which gives much more training possibilities. Using the stands alone, one can perform, for example, squat training. 

On the opposite wall there are two weight platforms. They allow to safely work with heavy weights - deadlift and elements of the Olympic weightlifting. 

In addition, the hall is equipped in rowing machines for endurance training. 


A RIG cage for pull-ups with two additional squat stations has been placed in one corner of the room.
