A brief description of the project

Świadoma forma is an personal training studio near Wroclaw (Poland).

The studio operates in a 1-on-1 model, so, clients can feel free and comfortable.

The training area, where meetings are taking place, is equipped with high-quality PROUD brand equipment.

Objective

Creating an intimate studio for 1-on-1 training with mentees.

The final result

The studio included equipment that gives great possibilities in terms of programming the training unit. Clients of the studio will certainly appreciate the variety of training variants, and the wide possibilities of the equipment make it even better for the trainer to select methods and exercises for the individual needs of the client.

On an area of 70m2 stood:

▪️ Training accessories - power bands, rollers, exercise mats with hanger
