A few words about the project
Suchcicki Functional Personal Training Studio was established in the modern Wróbla Staw housing estate in the southern part of Gdańsk. Its owner is Przemek, who, as he says about himself, has been involved in physical activity from an early age. Sport is the most important thing in his life. He specialises in weight training, but also takes part in triathlons and various types of running. More recently, he has also become passionate about combat sports.
For many years, Przemek worked in clubs as a personal trainer. He decided to change that and open his own business. He wants to develop his brand by translating his determination and commitment into working with his charges to help them achieve the figure of their dreams.
The studio offers 1:1 and 1:2 personal training and group classes for up to six people, during which the trainer and client focus on body building, fat reduction or motor preparation, among other things. The training plan is preceded by a detailed interview with the client and a check of their movement patterns and fitness in a free training session so that the training plan is selected in the best possible way.
Goal
When Przemek contacted us, he had the premises for the studio selected and finished, and a well-developed concept for its operation in his head. He knew what kind of training he wanted to conduct and in what formula. Due to his experience as a personal trainer, he prepared a list with the equipment he wanted to include. Based on the budget and the PROUD brand's offer, which allows for the selection of products in various price variants, we jointly worked out the final version, which coincided with Przemek's concept.
The equipment was completed and delivered on time, allowing the studio to open as originally planned.
Final result with customer feedback
The studio is comprehensively equipped with PROUD brand equipment. For dumbbells, kettlebells and Olympic weights, the client has selected racks and hangers. This is an indispensable piece of equipment that tidies up the space, ensuring that those training are safe and free to move around during their workout. It also demonstrates the studio owner's approach to tidiness and looking after his image.
In the 80m2 premises, training zones have been separated using flooring and grass.
The main section, dedicated to functional and strength training, featured a standard black floor in the form of a 15 mm thick jigsaw puzzle.
The stretching, yoga and Pilates area is also lined with puzzles, which are the same thickness as the floor above, but unlike the floor above, the puzzles have colourful inclusions in the form of lighter particles, making the surface stand out clearly from the rest, marking out the second zone.
The third element found on the floor is an 8-metre strip of training grass running through the centre of the room. Its width was changed from the standard 2 m to 1.5 m due to the specifics of the premises - a long narrow room. At the client's request, a large logo with the studio's name was placed in the middle. Both the floor and the grass are matched in height to create an even surface.
