A brief description of the project

Another PROUD project to expand the physio's clinic with a training area.

The Rehabilitation and Sports Center offers a full range of services: physiotherapy, physical therapy, massages, personal training, as well as diagnostics of the movement system.

The clients of the Rehabilitation and Sports Center are mainly for runners and post-injury athletes. 

In addition, the center also provides educational services. The academy, called The Runner Project, educates physiotherapists, trainers and amateur runners.

The final result

In this realization, PROUD equipped the zones with CHAMPION series machines, steel structures and load sets.

Two RIG cages were set up on an area of more than 200m2 .

They use to help trainers and physiotherapists not only in the context of barbell training. The pillars of the structure and a set of bars help to suspend TRX-type bands and all kinds of resistance and rehabilitation bands.

The cage can also serve as a mount for Battle ropes. Can be the base for attaching a landmine handle to help with power training and rotational work.

The Smith machine works well for strength training of post-injury patients. When working with a barbell, the barbell's path of motion is predetermined which helps isolate the rehab of specific muscle parts. 

Dual Pulley is a mimi version of exercise gate. The ability to adjust the pulleys of the lift gives unlimited training possibilities for the whole body. 

In summary, the training area has everything necessary to carry out the full rehabilitation process and return patients to full fitness after an injury.
