Kilka słów o projekcie
If you want to be a LION, you have to train with LIONS - this is the motto of the academy RAION Fight Club offering instruction in basic martial arts - boxing, Brazilian ju-jitsu, MMA and kickboxing for children and adults. Classes are conducted by professional trainers who passionately share their knowledge and experience.
The club is located in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. It has a 200-meter area, which includes a boxing ring and a mat for martial arts training.
Purpose
Every discipline entails the need to develop and polish technique in order to increase fitness and maximize performance. Since the club trains athletes who are preparing for fights (boxing, mma, bjj), there was a need to create a training zone that would also be a place for them to conduct motor training. The new zone was designed to help fighters achieve their goals. In addition, group cross training classes and functional training classes will be conducted in it.
Final result
Customers in the 120m2 area have separate zones for strength and endurance training:
The cardio zone features equipment from the AIR series:
- exercise treadmill
- Elite exercise bike 2.0
- rowing ergometer
- skierg with wall mount and ladder mount
The free weights area includes:
- 2x3m weightlifting platform
- customized Power Rack 280 cm construction with diagonal bars and corners, barbell hooks, dip stations, landmine, plate holders
- customized Power Rack Storage 280 cm with shelves for loads and balls
- Olympic Eco bumper weights
- Olympic rubberized loads with handles
- Olympic grips rack with grips from 7.5 to 20 kg, including specialized grips
The functional area includes:
- PROUD Champion dumbbell rack with a set of HEX 1-30 kg
- PRO kettlebells rack with KB set of 4-32 kg
- PROUD training sled with PROUD training grass
- Slam Ball set 2-30 kg
- gymnastic ladder
- wooden box, exercise mats with wall hangings, power and mini bands, rollers, paralettes, handrails for push-ups
- GHD compact bench, adjustable benches, PROUD Champion powerlifting bench
In such a prepared space, athletes and club members can train speed, endurance, flexibility, coordination and balance. Strength in combat sports is important, but it is not the only key element to work on and pay attention to. It's important to tailor the training to the needs of the discipline and unlock one's potential.
Implementation of the project included the preparation of visualization, transportation and comprehensive installation of equipment at the client's site.
