A brief description of the project

The origins of the Pogoń Academy go back to 2012, when the club, after much turbulence, started to get back on track and entered the Premier League again. The club's activists creating the Academy focused on freshness and catching talents to the main squad from the earliest years. 

For the purposes of further development, a large gym was created in the club building for the training of athletic performance preparation for the players of the school. It contains everything necessary to conduct quality motor training at the highest level for young players.

Objective

The main goal of the activists was to create a club gym for adepts of soccer, in different age ranges for group functional training and shaping motor skills.

The final result

On the surface of 280m2 there is the equipment necessary to conduct training units in groups of several people. 

The central place in the gym is a large four-station RIG with many additional accessories (handrails for push-ups, assistance arms, ladmine, etc.) and benches for pressing.

Around the RIG there is a lot of free space for warming up, stretching and training with free weights.

On the walls, there are gymnastic ladders and TRX tapes for functional training.

An indispensable element among the equipment for football players is grass for sled training.

The most important point for the Investor was to develop the space in a functional way without cluttering it with unnecessary equipment. Therefore, in this type of investment, it is very important to find a supplier with experience, who understands the needs of the client and his goal.
