A brief description of the project

Medical Center Salus currently has 7 clinics in 5 cities in Lower Silesia. Most of the clinics, apart from regular medical visits and treatments, also provide rehabilitation services. The clinic in Duszniki is one of those that have equipped its rehabilitation room with PROUD equipment.

Objective

Zone for rehabilitation of post traumatic patients and prevention functional training.

The final result

On the area of 50m2 investor created a zone for functional exercises and weights, which can be used by patients under the supervision of a trainer/rehabilitant to improve their range of motion, motor control, muscle strength and movement patterns.

A full-size gate is located at one wall to allow two patients to train at the same time.

The gym also has a fully equipped Half Rack machine that is used by physiotherapists to train the lower body and strengthen the chest.

The wide weight range of HEX dumbbells allows for strength training of all body parts with practically any group of patients.

On one of the walls, there is a gymnastic ladder, a must for every rehabilitation room. They are an irreplaceable tool for physiotherapists.
