LivUp - Apartment Building Puławska 186

A brief description of the project

The apartment building LivUp Pulawska 186 is located at the intersection of Pulawska Street and Niepodległości Avenue in Warsaw's Mokotow district.

 

The 16-story building, distinguished by its glass façade, contains 206 apartments - from studios to four-room condos, as well as four retail units.

 

In the building investor created additional amenities for tenants, such as a private gym and a lounge room, with meeting space and coworking space.

Objective

Workout area for residents of the apartment building equipped with modern top-class equipment. This is a place for both, those who systematically train and also for those whose appealing and well-equipped zone will encourage to new challenges and activities.

The final result

A fully functional workout area has been created on 35m2.

Residents were given access to equipment in the form of free weights:
- HEX dumbbells with a wide range of weights
- cast iron kettlebells PRO giving a wide range of possibilities in strength training and interval training
- Med balls used in functional and medical training as an external weight and to help work on increasing the range of motion (mobility).

All equipment has found its place on dedicated racks and hangers.


To maximize the potential of the mentioned products, two functional gymnastic ladders with full attachments appeared in the area. Gym-goers at Puławska Street can diversify their exercises with bench training, pull-ups on a bar, strengthen their abdominals with an overhang, or build their chest muscles on gymnastic handrails. 

The developer has taken care of the necessary extras and accessories that are helpful not only in training, but also in warming up - mats, rollers and Power Band and mini bands.

For endurance trainings at the disposal of residents there is AIR cardio line equipment - a treadmill, an Air Bike and a rowing ergometer.

 

The gym was created based on a previously prepared project of visualization of the room, taking into consideration the wishes, capabilities and needs of the investor.

 

The entire room is finished in light pastel colors. The gym area is made chic by two large round mirrors. This is not only a design element identifying this gym, but also a tool for analyzing exercise technique necessary in places of this type. 

 

Thanks to the division of the gym into training zones (strength and cardio), up to 5 people can successfully exercise in it at the same time.
