A brief description of the project

The home gym of a competitive triathlete. It contains everything what is needed to develop skills and improve sports results.

Objective

25m2 area adapted for specialized training in preparation for triathlon, as well as for complex supplementary training.

The final result

In the entire realization, the main focus was on proper preparation and arrangement of cardio zone, consisting of 3 pieces of equipment - treadmill, ergometer and bike-trainer. Near by investor created strength training space, a functional zone for balance training and core&mobility corner.

The equipment list included the HIIT PROUD bench, which combines the function of an adjustable exercise bench, plyometric box and equipment storage area.

Due to the lack of dynamic elements in strength training, specialized rubber flooring was laid only within the strength area and under the treadmill. This allowed to optimize the total cost of investment.

A gymnastic ladder with additional accessories and TRX bands is supposed to help activate deep muscles, strengthen them and improve endurance.

Large mirror is extremely helpful when we want to check the correct technique of a given exercise. Investor also equip gym with a TV which has access to virtual cycling trainings.
