A brief description of the project

Realization of a beautifully arranged home gym in the basement of a single-family house. Despite the small space, the workout area has the equipment to carry out any type of workout.

Objective

Training area for full body training for the owner and his children.

The final result

A fully functional workout area set up on 15m2.

Despite the small area, it included two machines of the PROUD Air Cardio series - an Air Runner treadmill and an Air Bike exercise bike. 
This combination gives a variety of fitness training. The bike has transport wheels and can be quickly moved out of the zone, giving the trainee much more comfort and space during strength training.

The gym equipment included a squat cage - Half Rack. Together with an adjustable bench, they form a full-body training set.

The category of free weights in this climatic place includes polyurethane dumbbells in the weight range of 2.5-25kg, as well as a set of Bumper Training Color plates and a Cross Training barbell.

In addition, a PROUD steel multifunctional ladder with accessories is mounted on one of the walls. This is a fantastic solution for supplementing body weight training. It also successfully works when the home gym is used by children. 

The entire gym was lined with PROUD PRO rubber puzzles with a thickness of 20mm.

PROUD equipment fit perfectly into this beautiful industrial vibe of the space. The huge mirror is very helpful for one-on-one workouts, while giving the zone a spacious feel.
