CAIIS Sports and Entertainment Hall

Everyone may associate the public sector differently, depending on personal experience. Surely some of you have seen sports facilities unsuitable for the needs of trainers or neglected due to lack of funding. The problem is especially true of old buildings. Newly constructed ones are a different tale; they are impressive, inside and out. 
 
Such an example is the CAiIS Hala Widowiskowo-Sportowa in Grodzisk Mazowiecki. It is a space where sports, activities and passions come together in one spectacular place. It is distinguished by a rich technical infrastructure that allows the organization of all kinds of sports and artistic shows, conferences, meetings and events. Opened in 2022, it is very popular with both Grodzisk residents and local sports clubs. 
The facility offers access to a multi-purpose sports hall with grandstands of 1,760 seats, a 1,900m2 main hall, a climbing wall, a planetarium and an astronomical observatory, and from December 2023 also a spacious and modernly equipped training room.

 

On an area of 160m2, 4 training zones were created:
- weight zone with Half Rack PROUD Champion racks and platforms; each rack was equipped with adjustable bench, barbells and Olympic weights, anti-slip box and TRX type bands, specialized barbells for deadlift Hex Bar, Safety Squat Bar and accesories
- free weights zone with a set of Hex 2-40 kg dumbbells, a set of Kettlebells PRO 6-32 kg, PROUD Champion adjustable benches and Wall Balls

- zone with PROUD Champion machines - 5-station pulley
- cardio zone with PROUD Air Bike exercise bikes and treadmills

A practice grass has been laid along the entire length of the hall for sled training.

 

The project included the preparation of visualization of equipment layout, its delivery and comprehensive installation.
