A brief description of the project

Small fitness club in Gliwice with a total area of about 200m2. There are two zones - functional training and fitness room. The club offers group classes, dance, fitness, strength and mental exercises for children, pregnant women, seniors and people returning to fitness. The club has its own original training systems to suit those who are returning to exercise after injury, as well as those who are overweight, which excludes intensive workouts. 

Objective

Creating a friendly intimate space for functional training (cross), fitness classes, dance and personal training.

The final result

On 60m2 of functional area 100% PROUD equipment was used. There is everything to conduct effective training. A lot of free weights and space gives the opportunity to conduct training in small groups of 6-8 people.

Gym is equipped with cardio equipment - airbike and rowing ergometer. On one of the walls stood RIG with two positions for squats. Despite the small space there is also a weight platform to work with heavier loads.
