A few words about the project
Adam is a personal trainer. He specialises in strength training. The main aspects he focuses on when working with clients are fat reduction, muscle tissue building and body shaping in a broad sense. According to him, the most important thing in training is consistency, regularity and an appropriate strategy chosen according to one's own possibilities, which translates into long-term effects.
In Łuków near Warsaw, where Adam comes from, there are traditional gyms. However, they lack the intimacy that would allow clients to feel at ease, especially when they are just beginning their adventure with training, and for the trainer to devote more time to his charges. Hence the idea to open his own studio.
Goal
The main idea behind setting up the studio was to create a place for people who want to start training, who want to change their current habits of movement and activity and who want to fight for a better body and better physical and mental health, but who don't know how to do it or where to start. Sometimes these types of people have a fear of going to the gym because they are afraid of being watched and judged by others. They may also lack experience and knowledge of how to train, which in turn can lead to injury and trauma.
The Evolve Gym studio in Lukow, with its intimate atmosphere and individual trainer care, solves the above problems. Exercisers learn to perform movements correctly and achieve the desired results faster, as training is programmed to their needs and abilities and progress is constantly monitored by the trainer. In addition to professional training services, the studio offers supplementation supplies and nutritional advice.
Final Result
The Evolve Gym studio is a functional, well thought-out and comprehensively equipped space. Adam's choice of equipment was based primarily on his years of experience working with clients and the results achieved. The equipment selected allows for virtually any type of training - strength, endurance, circuit, functional and gymnastic.
The 75m2 area is equipped with:

Kettlebells, HEX dumbbells, griffins and small training accessories have all found their place on dedicated racks and hangers, keeping the space tidy and ready for training with your charges.

Opening your own studio is quite an undertaking. Even for an experienced trainer. I immensely appreciate PROUD's help and support 24 hours a day, advice in dealing with the formalities of obtaining a lease, assistance in every aspect - in selecting the equipment in terms of its functionality and budget, in sharing experiences and good practices from the implementation of similar zones and constant contact, even after the installation is completed.
The project included the preparation of visuals, transport and comprehensive installation of the equipment at the client's premises.
